New Public Works Facility

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) has been selected to provide Construction Management Services for the City of Wood Dale Public Works facility. FQC will participate throughout the complete project lifecycle, providing preconstruction constructibility input, value engineering, cost estimating and design review. FQC will provide public bidding management, contracting and comprehensive construction phase services with full-time on-site supervision.

The project includes: Renovation of newly acquired adjacent office building (13,300 SF) into new Public Works offices and storage; Construction of new 30,300 SF vehicle storage building, with wash bay, on adjacent site; Construction of a new salt dome and covered outdoor storage bins; Comprehensive site development of 4 acre site, including stormwater detention, site utilities, paved roads and parking and access drives; and Renovation of existing 25,000 SF public works facility with maintenance bays, storage and support spaces.
