Fox Run Golf Links Clubhouse

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected by the Elk Grove Village Park District to provide Construction Management Services for the new Fox Run Golf Links Clubhouse. This 23,350 SF project is located at 333 Plum Grove Road in Elk Grove Village.

The project included the demolition of the existing clubhouse and construction of the new clubhouse at the existing site, while maintaining golf course operations. Temporary facilities were installed to operate basic food service, bar and club operations during construction. The new Clubhouse provides comprehensive dining, bar, banquet and golf course operation features.

The major elements of the project include: Banquet facilities for 150 people, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a comprehensive commercial kitchen, U-Shaped bar with three dispenser stations that seats 24, three golf simulator stations, administrative offices, basement cart storage, and maintenance garage bays.

The project was completed in December of 2021.
