    Addition to Stevenson Park Recreation Center

    In January 2012, Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was successfully selected through a qualifications based selection process to provide comprehensive Pre-Construction Services and Construction Management Services for the expansion to the Stevenson Park Recreation Center in Burbank, IL.  The Burbank Park District was successful in receiving a PARC Grant provided by the Illinois DNR to add onto the existing 20 year old facility.  The goal of the project is to create a cornerstone recreation center that the Park District and Community are proud of.  The newly enhanced facility will increase the amount of indoor recreation and fitness space, which will in turn create more programs for the Park District.  Anticipated project components include:

    • New Gymnasium
    • New Fitness Center
    • New Spinning Room
    • New Locker Rooms
    • New Dance/Aerobics Room with Storage
    • New Lobby and Entrance Area
    • New Exterior Plaza Spaces
    • Building Mechanical and Storage
    • Remodel Existing Areas as Needed
    • Interior Fixtures, Furnishings, and Equipment
