Center Cass School District 66

Elizabeth Ide, Lakeview & Prairieview Schools

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected to provide Construction Manager as Adviser services to Center Cass School District 66 including comprehensive pre-construction services and on-site management for their $12.9M project at three school facilities. The project was the result of a successful bond referendum passed in April 2017. Construction commenced in 2018 with work completed by August 2019.

Highlights of the project included:

Elizabeth Ide Elementary School: - Early Childhood Center Addition for PK-2 grades - Renovation to accommodate Special Education - Significant site work including storm water, new parking and new site entry drive

Lakeview Elementary School: - STEM classroom and renovations - New secure entry modifications

Prairieview Junior High School: - Secure entry modifications
