Schrade Gym Renovation

Frederick Quinn Corporation (FQC) was selected to provide Construction Manager services to the Bartlett Park District for the Donald H. Schrade Gym Renovation project.

This project included a new entry addition, basement and elevator to the lower level. Additional items included interior remodeling for new toilet rooms, program rooms, entry lobby, stairs to lower level and re-roofing of existing gym and remodeled spaces.

Construction was completed September 2018.
